SEWANEE, Tenn. - The Women's Outdoor Track and Field team fell just short of an SAA Championship title for the 2025 season.
Berry was edged by seven points by Centre College (242-235), the closest SAA meet on the women's side in over seven years. This Championship was not decided until the last event at the meet for an evening thriller.
The Vikings 235 points breaks their school record for most points scored in a conference meet.
"The women did everything in their power to put themselves in a position to win, outperforming in every way.Â
It really was our best meet we have had since restarting the program in 2015 and it was so fun for us coaches to watch them believe and compete over the last two days." says head Coach Luke Syverson on the SAA Championship meet.
Senior
Anna Rose had an incredible day with an improbable triple in the 5000m, 1500m, and 800m showcasing her determination and garnering 30 points for her team.
Following Rose in the 5000m,

Ariel Ellis accumulated points with their sixth and seventh place finishes. Ayers also went fifth in the 1500m followed by
