LOOKOUT MOUNTAIN, Ga. — The Vikings were outlasted on Wednesday night by Covenant College, falling 2-1 in double overtime.

The Berry's Samantha Schoppy scored the first goal of the match in the 27th minute off a rebound from 12 yards out. The Vikings then gave one back, scoring an own goal to give Covenant the 1-1 tie. The Scots' Lizzy Hightower scored in double overtime to secure the Scots' win off a deflection from outside the box. Overall, the Vikings outshot the Scots 15-7.
