ROME, Ga. -- The Berry College men's tennis team opened the year with a dominating 9-0 win over Covenant College on Wednesday at the Richards Tennis Courts.
The Vikings lost just two games in doubles, and five in the six singles flights. Austinn Miller and Jake Pullen did not lose a game on the day.
Miller won 6-0, 6-0 at #3 singles. At #2 doubles, he and Ben Ortman prevailed, 8-0. Pullen teamed with Michael Tucker to win at #2 doubles. He also prevailed 6-0, 6-0 at the sixth singles flight
Berry College returns to action at Piedmont next Tuesday.
