Men's Highlights:
-Overall, the men still sit in third place behind Centre and Rhodes with 221.5 points

Nick Fonzo claimed the Vikings first first-place in the 200 IM (1:52.40)

Sam Tate got his shot at the top of the podium with a first-place finish in the 50 Free (20.90)

Women's Highlights:
-The women rise up one spot to fourth place with 160 points
