MOUNT BERRY, Ga. - Berry College hosted the Tigers of Sewanee in a dual meet where both the men and women topped The University of the South.

Women's Highlights:
- Berry's women's team finished 1st overall with 150.5 points, 10 points ahead of Sewanee
- The Vikings took the first and second in the 1000 Yard Freestyle with Emily Martin and Molly Ames competing with times of 11:20.26 and 11:30.20 to give their team a total of 13 points from the event.
- Molly Ames captured her second first place victory in the 100 Yard Backstroke with a time of 1:01.83
- Ashley Young had a standout performance in the 200 Yard Freestyle defeating Sewanee by two seconds to take first.
- Katie Groves claimed victories in the 100 Yard Breaststroke
- In the 200 Yard Butterfly, Sarabeth Brown defeated opponents by nine seconds to capture a victory (2:20.02)
- Ashley Young secured first in the 200 Yard Breaststroke and Katie Groves followed suit in the 100 Yard Butterfly
- The 200 Yard IM claimed another first place finish from Viking Sarabeth Brown in a close race with second place finisher and teammate, Emily Martin
- An impressive 400 Yard Freestyle Relay finish from the Vikings, including Ashley Young, Molly Ames, Katie Groves, and Molly Heath clinched first with a time of 3:43.63

Men's Highlights:
- The Vikings outperformed Sewanee tremendously with 187 points compared to the Tigers 90
- Sam Tate secured first in three events: 200 Yard Freestyle, 100 Yard Freestyle, 400 Yard Freestyle Relay along with teammates: Nicholas Fonzo, Crawford Hightower, and Billy Blood
- In the 200 Yard Medley Relay Nicholas Fonzo, Sam Tate, Crawford Hightown and Billy Blood captured the title in unity.
- Ethan Whiting performed in the 1000 Yard Freestyle with a huge finish (10:37.05) over Sewanee (11:41.68)
- Berry secured all three positions in the 200 yard Freestyle 
- Nicholas Fonzo and Crawford Hightower took the top two places in the 200 Yard Butterfly
- Pace Nelson made an appearance on the podium in the 50 Yard Freestyle with a close race ending in a .10 second difference
- The one meter dive was captured by Joshua Tolson
- Billy Blood barely defeated his teammate for Gold in the 200 Yard Backstroke, with less than a second difference between him and Ethan Whiting
- Ryan MacKinnon took first in the 200 Yard Breaststroke
- In the 500 Yard Freestyle Crawford Hightower smoked competition with a time of 5:15.78
- Ethan Whiting capped off the winning efforts with a first place finish in the 200 Yard IM

The Vikings are set to travel to the SCAD Invitational on November 30th - December 2nd.
