MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Vikings finished the game with a six-point run to push the score within three points, but the Berry College women's basketball team fell to Rhodes College 55-52 on Sunday afternoon.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The game was tied 28-28 at the end of the first half.
- Both teams shot 38.5-percent (20-of-52) from field goal range, while Rhodes shot 66.7-percent (12-of-18) to Berry's 41.2-percent (7-of-17) from the free throw line.
- The Lynx also led the game in rebounds (38-31), while the Vikings led in assists (11-7), and both teams added eight steals.
