MOUNT BERRY, Ga. - Viking Women's Basketball's accolades continue to roll in, with Elly Callihan, Callie Jackson, and Briaiah Lewis earning their way onto the CSC Academic All-District Team. 

The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Basketball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

Elly Callihan caps off her illustrious career as a Viking with an outstanding campaign both on the court and in the classroom. While becoming Berry's all-time leading rebounder (666 total), the dynamic forward maintained a 3.55 GPA to garner CSC Academic All-District recognition. The Ellijay, Georgia, native earned four consecutive athletic all-conference nods, in addition to SAA Honor Roll honors in 2023-2024 and 2024-2025 as a cornerstone of the program. 

Callie Jackson ends her breakout senior season with a CSC Academic All-District honor after notching career-highs in points, rebounds, assists, and steals. The senior maintained a 3.86 GPA as a vital contributor to the Vikings' success in 2025-2026. The Athens native adds All-District to a host of other honors including two SAA Honor Roll nods and an induction into the Chi Alpha Sigma honor society last year. 

Briaiah Lewis earns CSC Academic All-District recognition after being the offensive pacemaker fot the Vikings on the court this season. She follows up her Rookie of the Year campaign in 2024-25 by leading Berry with 331 points and 77 assists, all while maintaining and boasting a near perfect 3.99 GPA. 

Academic All-District® honorees were considered for advancement to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot.  First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced April 14 (men) and April 15 (women).
