SAN ANTONIO, Texas - The Berry men's basketball team fell to Trinity University to open play at the Leslie Robinson Memorial Classic on Saturday night with an 89-80 final.

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• The Tigers had the advantage in rebounds (49-39) and assists (15-13) while also shooting 50.0% from three-point range

• Berry shot 44.8 percent from the field, leading the Tigers

• The Vikings scored 22 points off turnovers, with the bench contributing 31 in the loss.
