Volleyball Wins Fourth Straight, Tops Centre in Straight Sets

ROME, Ga. — The No. 7 Berry College volleyball team earned a 3-0 win over Centre College on Sunday afternoon, improving to 13-3 overall and 4-1 in the Southern Athletic Association (SAA).

Senior setter Jordan Leitch earned her 1,000th career assist in the outing. 

Berry rolled to a 25-8 victory in set one, hitting .294. BC claimed the final two sets 25-19. Carson VanCampen and Molly Bergin earn recorded 11 kills apiece. Leitch ended up with 34 assists while Emily Hancock played well on the back row, collecting 19 digs. 

The Vikings have a big conference road-stretch coming up, beginning with matched at Rhodes on Friday night and Hendrix on Saturday afternoon.
