SEWANEE, Tenn. — The Berry College women's lacrosse team couldn't contain the Sewanee Tigers on Sunday, falling to the Southern Athletic Association (SAA) rival 19-1.
Berry fell to 1-12 overall and 0-4 in league play. Meg Massey led the way offensively scoring the Vikings lone goal. Ella Makin and Hayley DeSandre led the Vikings in ground balls with six a piece. Makin played 60:00 mins in goal and collected six saves.
Berry will play the Oglethorpe Stormy Petrels Tuesday, April 9 at Valhalla Stadium at 5 p.m.
