Berry's Jenny Miller Named to IWLCA North-South All-Star Roster

Berry College women's lacrosse standout Jenny Miller, who was among the nation's top scorers in 2012, has been named to the South squad that will compete in the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association Division III North-South Senior All-Star Game in Downingtown, Pa., on June 16.

Miller is one of 40 seniors from across the nation selected to play in the game.

"It is a great honor to be selected to play in the North-South game," Berry coach Shaun Williamson said. "I am extremely happy for Jenny and I look forward to watching her play one last time.

"Her selection will cap off a stellar career as well as help get the name out for Berry women's lacrosse. If you look at the rosters for the game, they are filled with seniors from the top programs in Division III. Programs as young as ours rarely have a player selected."

As a senior in 2012, Miller finished seventh nationally with a 5.13 goals per game average, and 13th in the nation with 77 goals. Her 6.47 points (goals and assists) per game were the sixth best mark in the country.

Miller and teammate Kristan Dziurzynski, who scored 73 goals, helped Berry finish with the nation's second highest scoring average in the nation.

In her two years at Berry following her transfer to the school from Anne Arundel Community College in Maryland, Miller led the startup program to a 17-12-1 overall record, scored 126 goals, picked up 110 ground balls and won 134 draw controls.
