Men Second, Women Fourth After Day Two of SAA Golf Championships

DICKSON, Tenn. — The Berry College men's golf team stood strong at second place, while the women slipped to fourth after day two at the Southern Athletic Association (SAA) Golf Championships. 

Oglethorpe extended its lead on the men's side, leading the Vikings by 21 strokes. Individually, Wesley Heston jumped three spots today to second place. He shot one-under par and is even through two rounds (73-71 — 144). Preston DeSantis shot two-over today and is tied at sixth (72-74 — 146). 

The women's team slipped two spots to fourth overall and trail the first place Rhodes Lynx by 20 strokes. Chloe Wegienka leads the way at fifth place (79-80 — 159). Morgan Collins (78-82 — 160) is also inside the top 10.
