Berry's Ryan Gambrell and Jose Garcia each shot 75 Tuesday to help lead the Vikings to an 11th-place tie at the Emory Spring Invitational, hosted by Emory University at Druid Hills Golf Club in Atlanta.
Berry shot 304-303-607 in the 36-hole tournament, tying Gustavus Adolphus, and missing a top-10 finish by a single stroke.
Methodist won the tournament, shooting 298-284-582 and finishing seven strokes ahead of Oglethorpe and Transylvania, which tied for second place.
Individually, the Vikings were led by Alex Irvin, who tied for 22nd place at 73-76-149. Garcia and Alex Elmore were among the players who tied for 38th with a two-round score of 153. Garcia carded rounds of 78 and 75, respectively, while Elmore shot 76 Monday and 77 Tuesday.
Gambrell tied for 58th at 81-75-156 and Jason Terranova tied for 83rd at 77-85-162.
LaGrange's Hudson Keener shot back-to-back rounds of 68 to win the individual medal by strokes over Transylvania's Justin Teresko.
The event wraps up the 2011-12 season for the Vikings.
