John Sikora joined Berry College’s Football Program in the summer of 2022 as their offensive line coach and was promoted to offensive coordinator in the spring of 2024.
Since joining the Vikings, Sikora has had success developing offensive lineman. For example, during his time as the Berry OL Coach he has developed 19 All-SAA selections, including 12 First Team All-SAA selections, 6 All-Region selections, and 3 All-Americans on the offensive line.
In 2025, Berry led the SAA with 14 offensive All-SAA selections and in 2024 they tied for the most selections with 10 offensive members, including two-time All American running back Brandon Cade, who was also named Offensive Player of the Year in the conference.
In 2025 the Berry Offense ranked 1st in SAA Conference regular season totals in the following offensive categories: Scoring Offense (40.1), Rushing Touchdowns (35), Rushing Yards Per Game (217.2), Completion Percentage (70.1%), Passing Efficiency (170.8), Sacks Allowed (9), Red Zone Offense (88%) & Turnovers Lost (8). Berry also ranked in the top 25 nationally in the following offensive categories: #8 Rushing TDs (35), #9 in Completion Percentage (70.1), #12 Turnovers Lost (8), #18 Passing Efficiency (170.1), #19 Fewest Passes Intercepted (4), #22 Yards Per Play (6.79), #22 in Rushing Yards Per Carry (5.4), #23 in 4th Down Conversion PCT (65%) & #24 Rushing Yards Per Game (217.2) [reg. season totals].
In 2024, Berry ranked 1st in the SAA Conference regular season totals in the following offensive categories: Scoring Offense (36.6), Yards Per Game (391.1), Rushing Touchdowns (27), Yards Per Carry (5.0) & Sacks Allowed (8).
From 2018-21, Sikora worked for Stanford University as an offensive assistant and an offensive line assistant. In his duties as an offensive assistant, Sikora worked with all aspects of the offense, including personnel, game planning, game plan installations, scouting reports, and meetings. As an offensive line assistant, Sikora assisted with weekly defensive scouting reports, meetings, and film breakdowns. He was a national recruiter as well, focusing on offensive linemen who could fit in with Stanford's strict academic standards.
From January 2015 through May of 2017, Sikora was on staff at Waynesburg University in Waynesburg, Pa. Sikora worked his way up from being a strength and conditioning intern in January 2015 to being a position coach, recruiter, video operations coordinator, and strength and conditioning coach by the time he left the school. He served as linebackers coach in 2016 and assistant defensive line coach in 2015, coaching two all-conference linebackers in 2016.
Sikora played collegiate football at Waynesburg, where he was a three-time All-Presidents Athletic Conference Honorable Mention honoree and was a two-time College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA)/Capital One Academic All-American. He graduated with a GPA of 3.91 and has gone on two receive a pair of master's degrees; one from Waynesburg and a Master of Liberal Arts degree from Stanford.
