2014: Second Team All-SAA...named to the SAA Honor Roll...second in the SAA in goals against average...second in the SAA in save percentage...appeared in 20 games, while starting in 19...logged 1701:12 minutes of playing time...recorded a total of 84 saves for the season...allowed 18 goals for a 82.4 save percentage...finished with six saves in a 2-1 win versus Roanoke (9/13)...recorded a career-high eight saves at Millsaps (10/17)...logged a shutout in a 2-0 win versus Birmingham Southern (11/9) in the SAA Championship game. 

2013: Saw action in three games, including one start...logged 130:01 minutes of playing time...recorded six saves in a 0-0 tie against Oglethorpe (11/3).

High School: Four-year letterwinner in soccer and two-year letterwinner in basketball at East Paulding High School...two-year MVP and all-county selection in soccer...club teams, Southern Soccer Academy, West Metro and Cobb FC...member of National Honor Society, Beta Club and Men of Distinction.

Personal: Jonathan Christian Nelson was born in Atlanta, Georgia...the son of Rosemary and John Nelson...has one sister, Candace Rhodes...father played football at Michigan State (1970-71)...majoring in international studies at Berry.
