MEMPHIS, TN - The women's tennis team capped of their season with a tough loss to the #3 seeded Southwestern at the SAA Championships.

Despite battling to the very end, the Vikings were unable to make up ground, with the only singles set wins of the day coming from Sara Mejia in her number one spot and Eidson who played out of her number five spot. 

The doubles were where the Vikings were able to do damage, as Mejia and Carolina Hanson were able to outscore the Pirates 4-3 in the first position of pairings. 

The Pirates ended the match with a 3-0 victory to push them past the Vikings, ending what was a successful 2025-2026 campaign for the women's tennis squad.
