MOUNT BERRY, Ga. - The Viking 4x400 meter squad teamed up to take down the SAA Track Athletes of the Week award, after placing fifth overall and setting a new indoor record.

Braylon Kirkpatrick, Tommy Boudreaux, Corbin Dutcher, and Berkey Powell all earned their way to the weekly honor with a new school record of 3:24.49, knocking off the previous record by three whole seconds. 

Their posted time is the fastest time in the SAA so far this season and they are now ranked sixth in the South Region.
