Women's Swimming is Locked and Loaded for 2025-2026

| By:

MOUNT BERRY, Ga. - Viking women's swim is just about set to weave their way to the top of the SAA under first year head coach Zach Healy

Coach Healy returns a ton of talent in the pool, including rising sophomore Lily Groves, who finished sixth overall in the 1650 Free at the SAA Championships last season. Be on the lookout for experienced competitors like seniors Kimberly Lila, Ashley Young, and Ella Quigley to make waves in the pool this year as well.

Women's swimming hits the pool with a tri-meet against Centre and Millsaps, followed by a getaway dual meet against Millsaps on October 10 and 11. The Vikings have their sights set on making a huge splash and putting the SAA on notice in the process with their opening performances. Start times are set for 6 PM on October 10 and 11 AM on October 11.

On the following weekend, the Vikings travel to Franklin Springs, Georgia, to compete at Emmanuel University on October 18 at 11 AM. After a week of rest, women's swimming prepares for a home meet against Sewanee on October 31 at 7 PM. The Vikings then hit the road for Montevallo to compete on November 8 at 12 PM just before heading to Centre for their Mid-Season Invite from November 21-23. The regular season then closes with Berry hosting the Viking Invitational on January 24.

The SAA Championships begin in Danville, Kentucky, on February 11 and conclude on February 14.
