MOUNT BERRY, Ga. - Landon Painter earned his first SAA Athlete of the Week this week with an outstanding showing at Berry's Chick-Fil-A Invitational. 

Painter finished second overall with a total score of 210 and 14 birdies over three rounds of action. The Dalton, Georgia, native also finished 6 under par on his way to a second place finish out of 98 competitors, just missing out by one stroke of first place.  

Landon and the rest of the men's golf team will now prepare to take on their spring season beginning in March at the Savannah Invitational.
