Box Score The No.13-ranked Berry Vikings (8-3, 2-0 SAA) swept Sewanee in three sets (28-26, 25-19, 25-22) in their second Southern Athletic Association road game of the season.

The Vikings kept the Tigers at an arm's length for most of the first set. Back to back kills from Keria Kruk put Berry ahead 15-10. But Sewanee came sneaking back tying it up late at 21 a piece. The set would be far from over until
Bella Boston and
Lura Underwood brought the final two kills down, finally ending the first set 28-26.

Two straight service aces from
Andrea Hurt started Berry out 5-3 early in the second set. A kill from Boston solidified the Vikings control of the Tigers 17-12 and cruised to the set victory. Berry put down five kills in the last eight plays of the set.

Berry took all of the momentum for themselves in the third set finding themselves ahead 18-9 after an eight-point unanswered roll. But the Tigers would return the favor with an eight point run themselves.
Jazzy Innis got the job done, putting down a kill in the back corner to end it.

Innis led the team with 12 kills, Boston followed with 10.
Lindsey MacDiarmid guided the offense putting up 36 assists and
Kate Whittle had a solid day in the back row with 23 digs.Â

The Vikings travel to Centre College on Sunday, game time is set for 12 p.m.
