Box Score MOUNT BERRY, Ga.- The No.5-ranked Berry Softball team closed out their Southern athletic Association series with a sweep over Hendrix 7-0 on Sunday afternoon at Kay Williams Field.
Blair Hall threw a complete game, striking out 10 and only allowing two hits on the day.
           For the second day in a row,
Morgan Frye got her team going in the third inning as she hit a 2-run homerun to get the Vikings on the board first.
In the fourth inning
Casey Holloway tripled into right field, which set up
Elly Bennett for a sac fly situation into left field to tack on another run.
In the fifth, Frye continued her productive day at the plate, singling to left field and stealing two bases on two pitches, Hall then doubled to send her home.
Anna Jackson doubled to score Hall, and
Shelby Daniel singled through the middle scoring
Latifa Madesko, the Vikings now leading 6-0.
Frye finished off the day for the Vikings hitting a sac fly to right field to score Bennett.

The Vikings are back at home on Friday to face Birmingham-Southern, first pitch is set for 4 p.m.
