The top six batters in the lineup combined for 13 hits as No. 13 Berry finished off its weekend of Southern Athletic Association softball in Danville, Ky., with an 11-0 (6) win over Centre to complete a three-game sweep of weekend play.
Berry (22-8, 12-0 SAA) led throughout as the Vikings scored four runs in the first, highlighted by a two-run single off the bat of
Blair Hall.
Katie White and
Riley Jackson each had RBIs in the second inning to stretch the advantage to 6-0.
Anna Jackson connected on her second homer of the weekend in the fourth inning to stretch the lead to 7-0. Unlike Saturday's games, the Sunday contest would move to a sixth inning. This time, the Vikings would end it one inning sooner instead of two as four runs came home in the scheduled penultimate inning.

Shelby Daniel each had an RBI in the sixth.
Danielle Sudick (3-1) earned the win for the Vikings, going five solid innings and holding the Colonels (6-26, 0-12) to just one hit while fanning four.
The Vikings are scheduled to be back in action next Saturday at Millsaps to start an SAA three-game set.
