Box Score 2 ROME, Ga. — The No. 5 Berry College volleyball team earned a pair of sweeps on Saturday afternoon, besting Millsaps College and Covenant College in straight sets. The Vikings are now 11-3 overall and 2-1 in the Southern Athletic Association (SAA).
Berry's offense was dominant in both matches, hitting .292 against Millsaps and .377 against Covenant. Emily Hancock led the way against Millsaps, earning 11 kills and a .3418 hitting percentage. Jordan Leitch earned 35 assists in the match as well.
Carson VanCampen was unstoppable against Covenant, earning 13 kills for an .812 kill percentage and five blocks.
Berry returns home on Sept. 28 against Sewanee at 1:00 p.m.
