Box Score NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - The Berry College volleyball team will return from the Christopher Newport Invitational undefeated in the tournament after a 3-0 win over Virginia Wesleyan this afternoon.
With the win, Berry improves to 22-3 overall and will now set their sights on the Southern Athletic Association (SAA) tournament at the Cage Center on Nov. 2-4.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Set scores were 25-22, 25-18 and 25-23.
- The Vikings hit .161 for the match and earned six blocks.
- Eight total service aces also helped Berry to the win.
- Emily Hancock continued her strong week, collecting 15 kills and 20 blocks.
- Emily Rapach also had a strong game, earning 10 kills, 27 assists and nine digs.

NOTABLES:
- Carson VanCampen (MVP), Hannah Billiard and Laura Beier were named to the All-Tournament team.
