Box Score 2 FOREST GROVE, Ore. -- The Berry College women's lacrosse team lost at Pacific University, 14-2, on Wednesday night.
The Vikings dropped to 4-3 on the season and the Boxers moved to 4-0.
Ella Makin had five saves in goal for the Vikes. BC posted second half goals from Angelica Miller and Keiley Ayers. Ashley Kesselring assisted Ayers on her tally.
Both teams recorded nine draw controls. Pacific had the edge in shots (27-16) and ground balls (15-7).
April Lanz scored four goals and had one assist to lead the Pacific offense.
The Vikings conclude their three-game Pacific Northwest road trip on Saturday. Berry plays at Puget Sound University in Tacoma, Washington at 3 p.m. EST.
