Vikings defeated at Sewanee

SEWANEE, Tenn. -- Angelica Miller scored 2 goals for the Vikings, but Berry College lost a Southern Athletic Association game at Sewanee, 21-5, on Sunday.

Sewanee remained a perfect 12-0 and 4-0 in the SAA. The Vikes dropped to 7-3 and 3-2 in conference.

The Tigers recorded the game's first 10 goals and led 12-4 at halftime. Claire Rosenberg and Kelsey McAnnally both scored and assisted once for the visitors.

Sewanee had the lead in shots (35-21) and ground balls (22-16). 

Crawford Horan had 10 saves and Relly King netted 3 goals and 2 assists for the Tigers.

The Vikings host Piedmont on Tuesday.
