Box Score MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- Kim Fischer scored three goals for Berry College, but the Vikings dropped its season-opener, 20-5, at Rhodes College on Saturday.
BC is now 0-1 and 0-1 in the Southern Athletic Association. The Lynx moved to 1-0 and 1-0 in the SAA.
Rhodes held a 11-2 lead at halftime. The Vikes were outshot, 38-12. Tori Alexander recorded eight saves in the goal for Berry.
Claire Rosenberg and Kelsey McInnally both had one goal for BC.
Kendall Cunningham netted five goals and passed one assist for Rhodes in the win.
Berry College hosts Hendrix College on Sunday, Feb. 22 at 11 a.m.
