Cal Supik scored three goals for Berry's men's lacrosse team Thursday, but Otterbein University defeated the Vikings 15-9 at Berry's Ford Field.

The Vikings (2-5) outscored the Cardinals (1-2) 7-6 in the second half, but a 9-2 halftime deficit proved too much to overcome.

Supik was joined in the scoring column by Cory Hall and Bryan Byers, who scored twice each, and Maxwell Smerka and Michael Emanuelo, who scored once apiece.

Mike Dattolo led all players with give goals for Otterbein. Eric Garris and Jeff Reese tickled the twine three times each, Mikey O'Neal scored twice and Pat Teynor and Tyler Reed each scored a goal.

Berry goalie Jordan Boreman finished with 18 saves. Otterbein starter Adam Hatchard recorded nine saves, and Billy Lindhart, who played the last 10:13, tallied two.

Berry is scheduled to return to action Saturday at Sewanee.
