ATLANTA — After competition this weekend, the Southern Athletic Association (SAA) has officially released the tournament brackets for all spring championships.

Berry will serve as the No. 3 seed in the tournament, facing No. 6 Oglethorpe on Friday at 6:30 p.m. ET in Birmingham, Ala. The Vikings currently sport a 27-13 overall record, tying the second most wins in a season since the Vikings joined the SAA. Berry earned a series sweep of Oglethorpe earlier in the season and are coming off a series victory over Centre. Birmingham-Southern has created a Tournament Central page for fans including local guides, video, stats and more. If the Vikings advance from the BSC bracket, they will face the winner of the Hendrix Bracket in the SAA Championship series at the highest remaining seed.

The Berry College softball team will serve as the No. 2 seed in this year's SAA tournament. The Vikings open competition on Thursday against Sewanee at 2:00 p.m. at Jim Frost Stadium in Chattanooga, Tenn. The team currently sports a 26-11 record and went 13-5 in league play this season. Berry will battle for its fifth consecutive SAA Tournament Championship and trip to the NCAA postseason. Birmingham-Southern will serve as the tournament hosts and have created a Tournament Central page for fans including local guides, video, stats and more.
MEN'S LACROSSE: (CLICK HERE FOR BRACKET)
The Berry men's lacrosse team defeated Hendrix at home last weekend to advance to the SAA Semifinals. The Vikings face off against No. 2 Centre in Memphis, Tenn., on Friday at 8:00 p.m. ET. Berry holds an 8-7 record on the year, falling to Centre in Danville, Ky., on March 23 in a 15-14 overtime battle. The team placed eight student-athletes on the All-Conference list and are hoping to claim the program's first SAA Tournament title.

The Vikings men's tennis team will enter the SAA Tournament as the No. 7 seed with a 5-9 overall record. Berry will square off against No. 2 Rhodes in Murfreesboro, Tenn., on April 26.
WOMEN"S TENNIS: (CLICK HERE FOR BRACKET)
Berry's women's tennis team closed the regular season with a 10-5 overall record, posting the team's highest win total since the 2015-16 season. Berry is the No. 6 seed and will open against No. 3 Rhodes on April 26 in Murfreesboro, Tenn. The team fought to a 6-3 loss at Rhodes on April 13.

The Berry men's and women's track & field teams open competition at this year's SAA Championships on April 26-27 in Conway, Ark. The men claimed a fourth place finish last season while the women earned a sixth place finish.

Berry's men's and women's golf teams are scorching hot entering the SAA Tournament. The women have claimed a pair of first place finished in their past two tournaments including the Rhodes Invitational and the BSC Spring Invitational. The men's team shot a program record 19-under at the Rhodes Spring Classic to claim the top spot. Both teams are ranked inside the top-25. The men earned fourth at last year's SAA Tournament while the women look to repeat as conference champions.
