Women's Tennis Earns 7-2 Win Over Agnes Scott

ATLANTA - The Berry College women's tennis team earned a 7-2 win on the road against the Agnes Scott Scotties on Thursday afternoon.


  • At #1 singles, Berry's Mary Cerny defeated Taylor Lee 6-2 and 6-0.
  • Lauren Byrket fell to Lizzy Engsberg in a tight 4-6, 6-3 and 10-8 loss at the #2 spot.
  • Kelsey McCray defeated Camille Wilson 2-6, 6-2 and 10-6 at #3 singles.
  • Sage Havrilla was downed by Olivia Rivas 2-6, 6-0 and 10-8 at #4.
  • Karleigh Dills and Emmie Cornell earned 8-0 wins at the #5 and #6 spots, respectively.


  • Mary Cerny and Lauren Byrket took the 8-4 win over the Scotties' Taylor Lee and Lizzy Engsberg at the #1 spot.
  • Berry's #2 pair Kelsey McCray and Karleigh Dills also won over Olivia Rivas and Camille Wilson 9-7.
  • Sage Havrilla and Emmie Cornell rounded out the #3 doubles position over Anling Kaplan and Isabel Zhao with a 8-0 win.


  • Berry will travel to Huntingdon this Saturday to face the Hawks at 3:00 PM.
