Women's Soccer Falls to Sewanee in SAA Quarterfinals

SEWANEE, Tenn.Hannah Eddins scored her only goal of the season, but the Berry College women's soccer team was eliminated from the Southern Athletic Association (SAA) tournament on Saturday after a 2-1 loss to the Sewanee Tigers. 
 
Sewanee's Kiley Ezzell scored the first goal of the contest in the fourth minute of the game off a pass from Elizabeth McKnight to give Sewanee an early 1-0 lead. Mary Frank then added the Tiger's second goal of the contest less than three minutes later, ensuring Sewanee's 2-1 victory. Eddin's lone Viking goal of the game came in the 15th minute, cutting the Tigers lead in half before the end of the contest.
