CONWAY, Ark. – The Vikings mounted a second half comeback, but a 10-goal first half deficit was too much to overcome, as the Berry College women’s lacrosse team fell to Southern Athletic Association (SAA) competitor Hendrix College 16-14 on Sunday afternoon.

Hendrix jumped out to an early lead, as both teams tallied back and forth in the first 30 minutes of play, combining for 18 goals by halftime. The Warriors led 10-8 going into the second half. Berry fell behind 14-11 before rallying for three straight goals to tie the game at 14-14 with 7:01 to play.
