Women's Lacrosse Falls to Meredith at Home

MOUNT BERRY, Ga. -  The Berry College women's lacrosse team fell to Meredith College 20-7 at home on Thursday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
• Meredith College started strong scoring 13 goals to the Vikings' three in the first half. The Vikings increased the pace, scoring an additional four goals but were unable to conquer the Angels’ seven in the second half. 
• The Angels outshot the Vikings 28-16 in the contest.
• The Angels also won on ground balls (22-10) and in draw controls (18-9).

• Berry falls to 3-5 overall, while Meredith improves to 5-1 on the season.
