Vikings Win at Huntingdon, 22-16

MONTGOMERY, Ala. -- Kristan Dziurzynski scored seven goals as the Berry College women's lacrosse team won at Huntingdon, 22-16, on Wednesday.

Berry improved to 6-6 and HC dropped to 7-6.

Elizabeth Flatt scored five times, and Rachel Aiken added four goals BC.

The Vikings led 10-9 at halftime. Yet the visitors outscored the Hawks 13-6 in the second half en-route to the win.

Berry led in shots (43-31) and ground balls (44-33). Huntingdon won 22 of 40 draws.

Taylor Martin to the win in goal and had four saves. Flatt garnered seven saves in her 30 minutes between the pipes.

Jen Price made 12 saves for the Hawks.

Berry plays at Millsaps on Saturday.
