2011 Track: Finished 14th in the mile at the Sewanee Indoor Meet (2/26), finishing in 5:02.24…ran a 4:42.82 in the 1,500 meters at the Sewanee Outdoor meet (4/2)…ran a season best 17:27.17 in the 5,000 meters in the Emory Classic (3/26)…finished 26th out of over 12,000 runners in the Flying Pig Half-Marathon in 1:23:14.

2010 Cross Country:Ran in five meets…his best 8K time came in the Viking Open (11/13), clocking a 29:17…posted a 17:35.94 in the Darlington Open 5K (10/2), finishing 17th…his best finish came at the Young Harris Invitational 8K (10/16), where he finished 16th.

High School: Graduated from Woodland High School... lettered in cross country and track all four years…ran on the county cross country championship team for 3 years and county track championship team for 2 years... his team placed sixth in the state in 2009... named to the All-County Cross Country team... set personal record in the 5K, 17:55, in the 3200 m, 10:52, and in the 1600 m, 4:57... graduated with distinction after having been on the A/B Honor Roll and in the National Honor Society...is currently a Bonner Scholar at Berry.
