2011 Track: Set a personal record of 9:14.58 in the 3,000 meters in the Clemson University meet (2/11-2/12)…won the 10,000 meter Berry Road Race (3/5) in 33:23…set a PR in the 5,000 meters with a time of 16:10.43 at the Emory Invitational (3/19)…later improved that time to a season best 15:31.81 in the Auburn University meet (4/16), finishing 19th…won the Flying Pig Half-Marathon (5/1) in 1:13:25.

2010 Cross Country: Competed in eight events…ran his fastest 8K of 25:50 in the Southeast Classic (10/23)…finished 19th out of 239…finished third in the Viking Open 8K (11/13)…placed seventh out of 28 runners in the Darlington Open 5K (10/2) with a time of 16:51.95….ran the USATF Club XC Nationals 10K (12/11) in 32:51, finishing 185th.
