DALLAS — The Berry College women's basketball team was bested by the host UT Dallas Comets on Friday night 72-47 to wrap up competition at the UT Dallas Classic. With the loss, the Vikings slip to 4-8 on the year. The Comets improved to 9-3.

Alex Weems once again led the Vikings with 17 points on 6-for-12 shooting. She was also a perfect 5-for-5 at the free throw line with six rebounds. 

Berry trailed 36-30 at the half, but were held to just 17 second-half points. UT Dallas made the most of Berry's 22 turnovers, scoring 28 points on extra possessions.
