Box Score ATLANTA, Ga. -- Chanlir Segarra poured in a game-high 21 points as Berry College won at Spelman College, 75-56, on Saturday night. Segarra was 6-15 from the field, dished seven assists and made all eight of her free throws.
The win was the third straight for the Vikings (4-3). Spelman dropped to 1-5.
Freshman Tara Mullinax netted 12 points for the visitors. Alexa Evans and Danielle Sisk both collected 10 points for BC. The Vikings led in rebounds, 29-26. Allison Lawrence grabbed a game-best nine boards for the Vikes.
Spelman held a 32-29 lead at the break before Berry rallied. The Vikings made 15-16 free throws in the second half. Mullinax converted two free throws early in the second half to give Berry a 38-36 lead, and the Vikings never trailed again.
For the game, Berry was 94-percent (17-18) from the charity stripe, and 26-55 (47-percent) from the field.
Christiauna Draper and Courtney Kelson led the Jaguars with 12 points apiece.
Berry next plays Marymount (Va.) in Daytona Beach, Fla. on Dec. 19.
