Emanuelo Scores Five Goals as Vikes Dominate Dallas, 17-0

ROME, Ga. - Michael Emanuelo scored a game high five goals to lead Berry's men's lacrosse team to a 17-0 romp of the University of Dallas Saturday at Berry's Ford Field.

The Vikings (4-8) scored five goals in the first period, three in the second, eight in the third and one in the fourth.

Emanuelo was one of seven Berry players to score in the game.  Cal Supik scored four goals, CJ McRae scored three, Bryan Byers scored twice and Nat Morey, Wes Goldsberry and Marshall Henderson found the net once apiece.

Vikings goalie Jordan Boreman saved all seven shots he faced.

Dallas goalie Blaise Dufrain was a lot busier than Boreman, facing 44 total shots.  He finished the game with 24 saves.

Berry dominated the game's statistics, outshooting Dallas 59-14 and owning a 51-32 advantage in ground balls.  The Vikings also forced 30 Dallas turnovers and were successful on 22-of-23 clearing attempts.

The Vikings return to action April 25, when they host Hanover at Ford Field.
