Josh Dollahite joined Berry College’s sports medicine staff in 2011 as a graduate assistant, studying to get his Master’s Degree in teaching and receiving a teaching credential in health and physical education. He is the contact for Berry’s men’s soccer, women’s basketball, and equestrian teams. He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training from the California State University, Fresno.
While in the athletic training program at Fresno, he did rotations with the football, cross-country/track, lacrosse, baseball, softball, and volleyball teams. He also had the opportunity to do rotations with the teams’ physicians, orthopedists, and physical therapist.
Josh is originally from Washington D.C., but grew up in San Jose, California. Prior to CSUF Josh became a Certified Massage Therapist and health educator and worked at US Fitness Pro’s, Inc customizing sessions towards clients’ muscle imbalances, pain management and training program. Outside of the athletic training world, he served as the Program Director at Camp Oljato, a Boy Scout summer camp in the Sierra Nevada Mountains.
