Ginger Swann is the Director of Sports Medicine for the Berry College athletic department, and the chief supervisor of the sports medicine department, which treats the injuries of Berry athletes. She is also an instructor in Berry's health and physical education department.

A native of Rome, Georgia, Swann graduated from Berry in 1993 with a bachelor of science degree in health and physical education. While she was an undergraduate, she played varsity tennis for the Vikings, and she was a student trainer. She completed a master's degree in sports medicine at Georgia State University in 1996.

She has previously been employed by the Emory University Sports Medicine Clinic in Atlanta, and she worked for Peachtree Orthopedics and Novacare in Atlanta while she served as a graduate assistant at Georgia State University.
