ATLANTA — Berry College's Tate Adcock has been selected as the first Southern Athletic Association (SAA) Offensive Player of the Week of the year, the league announced on Monday.
Adcock led the No. 20 Berry to a dominant 38-3 victory over Maryville on Saturday night in front of more than 3,000 fans. The senior quarterback completed 20 of his 33 passing attempts (60.6%) for 258 yards and a pair of touchdowns. His 258 yards passing was also a career-best.
